The Karate Club is held on Wednesday afternoons between 3.30 and 4.30 p.m. Adam Goodison, the karate instructor, is highly qualified in this sport. The classes start with the children learning basic techniques and then developing these further. There is an emphasis on self defence and that anything they learn is a last resort to any situation. With the learning of martial arts of any sort, we find a huge increase in the students confidence most of all, but others gains can include, fitness, flexibility, concentration, discipline, respect and humility to name only a few.

This club is for children in classes 4 to 9

The places are on a first come, first served basis, so please don’t hesitate to book.  Please ensure you have booked a place on the Gateway App before paying as the club may already be full and you will not receive a refund.
