Paying On-line for School Dinners
Parents may now pay online through their bank accounts for school dinners, milk and residential trips. This is an additional facility and parents may still pay cash or cheque into the dinner machine in the school corridor and by cash or cheque for the other services.
Details are as follows:
It is requested that a minimum payment of £18 (two weeks’ dinners) per child is paid due to the administrative time this will create in the school office.
For security and data protection purposes, parents are asked to come to the office for details of the bank account.
For the payment reference, please state clearly your child’s name and class.
After you have completed this transaction, please can you also email firstname.lastname@example.org confirming that you have made a payment and the date that this was done. This will help with the reconciliation of monies.
